The average employment period in companies is 4.3 years, the average number of career transitions over the entire period of employment is 1.7, considering both horizontal and vertical ones. This is stated in ROSATOM Corporate Academy's study "Companies' Human Centricity Index".
At the same time, as noted in the document, 79% of companies have various onboarding tools, and 5% of employers do not have them at all.
The study also touches on the system of support for employees, it is developed unevenly in companies, about 53% of employers are solving the problem of meals for the personnel, 48% compensate for transportation costs and almost the same number of companies financially support the families of employees, and in 11% of companies one can count on assistance in improving housing conditions.
The report notes that just over half of the companies in the survey implemented joint programs with universities, schools and institutions of secondary special education, but only 6% of vacancies are eventually filled by graduates of partner educational institutions.
120 companies from Russia, CIS and BRICS took part in the pilot project. HR-directors, managers and partners of companies from industrial, trade, energy and service sectors with different turnover and number of employees were invited to the study. Respondents filled out a questionnaire with 47 questions. In addition, representatives of some companies participated in an interview to identify best practices for the development of the human-centricity approach.
