Helping countries get on track towards clean and safe nuclear energy
A Memorandum of Cooperation is signed between the IAEA, Rosatom Technical Academy, and Rosenergoatom. Their main area of cooperation is staff training and capacity building, including the development of joint educational and training courses focused on the infrastructure of countries just beginning their nuclear programs.
The Autonomous non-profit organisation of vocational professional education "Rosatom Technical Academy" is an organisation specialising in vocational professional education, professional reskilling of managers and specialists in nuclear power and industry, and staff certification.
The organisation is Rosatom's educational, scientific and methodological centre in the field of ensuring the safe use of atomic energy, control, state security, operational and support processes, as well as supporting Rosatom's anti-terrorist training centre for the protection of nuclear facilities and materials. The Technical Academy is also an international training and methodological centre in the field of physical nuclear safety empowering professionals from the CIS countries and beyond.

The use of computer learning systems in the training process enables training sessions and conferences to be held at the highest modern level.
