Team sessions allow the company to implement a flexible approach to formulating its development strategy in a rapidly changing environment and determine the vector for its further development. The sessions go in several stages.
In the first stage, a Telegram brainstorm chat is set up where any employee, from interns to the General Director, can suggest any opportunities they see for the company's development. All ideas are welcome, even the most surprising and unrealistic ones. The company believes that any idea has potential. More than 100 ideas were collected in the last strategic chat session.
The next stage is the critical sifting of ideas, done in face-to-face session with line managers and company executives. During the session, with the help of moderators, ideas are reformatted into projects and leaders who want to supervise the projects are identified. Thus, a pool of 10 priority projects of the company was formed.
At the third stage, project leaders open enrollment in their project teams. Any employee of the company can take part in the project he or she is interested in.

This project, above all, helped support the team in difficult times: to reorient employees to seek opportunities, gain new experience, and realize their abilities outside of their positions.
Based on the results of the last strategy session, ten projects were identified, which formed the basis of two new business areas:
- Global – IT services for international clients (from CIS to Cyprus and Singapore). A separate team allocated to work on this project has already landed their first client and shown revenue.
- Resource IT outsourcing – also a dedicated team, already with two clients, revenue, and a very serious potential to grow by the end of 2022
With the help of employees' ideas in one quarter, the company has managed to renew itself, allocate new areas of responsibility, and define KPIs, new roles for employees, and broader business opportunities. In particular, the sales process was completely overhauled, providing sales and CRM training for employees, and new accounting, KPIs, bonus schemes, and a calendar of operational meetings developed. A referral program for clients was developed and launched. Several new products were introduced and partnerships with colleagues from related sectors were established.
