The 67th session of the General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) which will be held from September 25 to 29, 2023 in Vienna, will host a side event “Collective Leadership in Nuclear Industry”. This side-event will be organized by Rosatom Corporate Academy.
The event is intended to study the effective integration of new collective leadership methods and approaches into the daily work of nuclear industry organizations, including the effective evaluation of collective leadership training and its impact on safety and corporate culture. As of today, the work environment has been drastically evolving which made leadership and management capabilities even more critical for the nuclear industry where consistent and reliable performance is an imperative.
The event will build upon the outcomes of the IAEA technical meeting held in March 2023, where one of the advanced concepts on development of management skills in nuclear industry has become «Collective leadership». This concept also reflects the principles of human-centric approach, which ROSATOM is guided in the policy on work with employee.
The event is open to all attendees and especially to leaders of nuclear organizations, experts in leadership and HR-specialists. The discussion will allow to present the best practices of Rosatom regarding the personnel management and to exchange ideas with international partners. We kindly invite you to register to participate in the event in the online format.
