Alexandria, founded in 331 BC, is an ancient city with a rich history, becoming a key cultural and commercial hub where many civilizations converged. The famous Library of Alexandria and the Pharos lighthouse, one of the seven wonders of the world, symbolized knowledge and technology of their time.

It’s fitting that Alexandria was chosen to host the International Youth Forum for Sustainable Nuclear Technologies, highlighting the city’s strategic role in Egypt's technological and sustainable development. Nearby, the El Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant is being built, making Egypt the only country in the region with a generation III+ reactor.

About Forum

International Youth Forum for Sustainable Nuclear Technologies takes place in Alexandria and brings together young nuclear professionals from Egypt and other countries as well as Arab and African countries with an interest in nuclear culture.

The Forum focuses on empowering students, young professionals and scientists with accessible career pathways into the nuclear industry and enabling their contribution to low-carbon development and higher quality of life worldwide.

During the Forum, youth participants will present their scientific reports and have a chance to attend workshops delivered by leading international experts on sustainable development and nuclear technologies.

Interested in the journey as much as its destination. Since school, I have always had this dynamic personality and lifelong passion for science, innovation, and making a tangible impact. That’s why I decided to follow the path of scientific research abroad to reach my full potential.

 
Throughout my academic and professional pursuits, I was selected for the prestigious Marie Sklodowska- Curie Fellowship Programme by the International Atomic Energy Agency, marking a significant step in my research career. Recently, I was awarded two times the Best Presentation at the 28th International Scientific Conference of Young Scientists and Specialists and at the 7th International Conference on Mechatronics, Robotics and Automation for my work on indirect process control of technological processes, and also earned a Merit Award for creating a digital transformation platform for API- Technology, Ltd. My commitment to innovative solutions was further recognized with a 1st place win at the HackAtom Project.

Alexey heads the project office, which includes projects on radiation therapy and brachytherapy at NIITFA JSC, in the scientific division of Rosatom. 

Since the age of 18, Alexey has been working at the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences – in total almost 17 years. Alexey is an acrual researcher in the field of accelerator physics. 

During a long business trip to CERN, Alexey walk around all the accelerator rings underground. Alexey began his career at Rosatom as an adviser on the creation of a new science city, he accompanied the scientific program in 10 areas from supercomputers to particle physics and black holes. Alexey taught a special course on linear accelerators for students of the Physics Department at Novosibirsk State University for four years. Also he led the Master's degree program in Nuclear Medicine for 3 years, and before that he administered the Department of Accelerator Physics for 5 years. He has experience teaching physics at the Novosibirsk Agrarian University. Alexey devoted 2 years to this, during his postgraduate studies, in order to learn how to teach from non-professionals. 

Alexey considers continuous education and cooperation between corporations and universities to be a necessary guarantee for the success of the country's high-tech future.

20 years of experience in senior HR positions. Alexey Likhachev has been working at Rosatom since 2011. During this time, the corporation has been consistently recognised as the best employer for engineering graduates in the Universum international rating system, and has also topped the ratings of Russia's best employers according to HeadHunter, the country's largest recruitment platform.

Rosatom's Corporate Academy won the Crystal Pyramid 2020 award in the Corporate University of the Year category and was recognised as the world's best corporate university by the Global Council of Corporate Universities Awards in 2019. Rosatom is the only state-owned company named ‘best employer’ in a survey by international consulting company AON Hewitt.

Alexey Likhachev pays great attention to the development of volunteering and corporate social responsibility. He has made a significant contribution to the development of federal and international initiatives. Under his leadership, Rosatom and the international WorldSkills movement started co-operation on a joint project aimed at improving the competences of workers and engineers of nuclear industry enterprises.

Anastasia Minina

Anastasia Minina graduated with honors from the Department of Information and Measurement Systems and Technology of ETU "LETI" in 2009 and began her career at the university, focusing on research projects. She defended her PhD thesis in 2011 and has served as Associate Professor since 2013. From 2009 to 2014, she was Vice-Dean for Enrollment and Career Guidance, and from 2014 to 2017, she held the position of First Vice-Rector of ETU "LETI," while also serving as Secretary of the Admissions Office and Head of the Enrollee Center. Following her role as Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs from 2017 until March 2018, she became Vice-Rector for International Affairs in September 2018.

Since 2016, she has organized international Olympiads for schoolchildren and students in collaboration with PJSC "Gazprom." In 2022, she co-developed the "Engineering Training for Africa" project, educating 700 students from 20 African countries. She has also established a joint engineering institute in China and a dual degree program with Malaysia. Under her leadership, a significant Advanced Engineering School focused on Electronics and Microelectronics received 120 million rubles in federal funding.

In 2024, she initiated Russia's first joint dual degree program with India and launched an English-language master's program in Quantum Electronics and Photonics with Rosatom. Additionally, she has been the head of the Obninsk Tech project at Rosatom since June 2024. Minina is recognized as an expert at the Moscow School of Management "Skolkovo" and has authored over 60 scholarly publications. Her research interests encompass measurement information processing methods, intelligent measurement instruments, and geoinformation technologies.

Prof. Ahmed Abdullah Zayed Hegab was appointed Director of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina in August 2022. He has worked as a Professor of Sociology at the Faculty of Arts, Cairo University, since 1991. He took on many administrative and academic positions over the past years, in addition to his experience in the field of translation and scientific publishing. 

His list of publications comprises more than 200 titles, including books, reviewed scientific articles, conference articles, and translated books. He has received many awards throughout his career and has been participating in general cultural work by writing periodically for newspapers and magazines and contributing to many conferences and symposia. He also writes bi-weekly articles for Al-Ahram newspaper.

I started my career back in the university days while studying at Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) focusing on the international cooperation aspects. After the graduation I realized that I wanted to connect my future with the energy sector and found myself as a Specialist in the Secretary of the CIS Member States Commission on the Peaceful Uses of Atomic Energy where organized annual international events and ensured official Protocols execution. 

Having reinforced my project management skills during the Master’s Program in The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), I have been working as a Business Development Manager in Rosatom International Network where I am responsible for the promotion of the New Businesses of Rosatom on the international markets, specializing in Water and Smart City technologies.

Amr El-Hag Ali Said Mohamed

Amr El-Hag Ali Said Mohamed was born on March 25, 1967, in Cairo, Egypt. He has built an illustrious career in the field of radiation chemistry, currently serving as a professor at the National Center for Radiation Research and Technology (NCRRT) in Egypt.

His research focuses on the synthesis and design of functional polymers geared toward medical, industrial, and environmental applications. He utilizes ionizing radiation as an environmentally friendly initiator and crosslinker in his work.

Professor Mohamed's primary research interests encompass wastewater treatment and enhancing the quality of drinking water. He explores innovative approaches, including the radiation synthesis of chelating polymeric materials and the development of polymeric nano photocatalyst composites, which effectively degrade pollutants. Additionally, he is engaged in the synthesis of polymeric scaffolds for tissue engineering and guided bone regeneration, both of which play vital roles in regenerative medicine.

His interests also extend to the synthesis of smart polymers that undergo phase transitions in response to external stimuli, such as changes in pH or temperature. These smart polymers have significant potential in the development of colon-specific drug delivery systems. Recently, he has been focusing on creating new functionalized membranes for use in various desalination microbial fuel cells, aiming to enhance electricity production while simultaneously improving domestic wastewater treatment.

Alikaan Çiftçi, 35, is the Founder and President of the Nuclear Industry Association of Türkiye (NIATR) and the Vice President of Bayramoğlu Industry Holding. He also holds key leadership roles in several prominent companies, including B&B Renewable Energy, BGO Industrial Innovation, BAsteel, and Metalatlas Software Company. 

With a strong focus on advancing Türkiye's nuclear and renewable energy sectors, Çiftçi has played a pivotal role in fostering international collaborations and driving innovation within the industry. His leadership at B&B Renewable Energy has helped the company become one of the world’s top suppliers of wind turbine components in North America and Europe. Çiftçi holds degrees in Business and Technology Management and Manufacturing Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. 

Throughout his career, he has focused on technological innovation, localization efforts, and creating strategic partnerships. He is a member of several industrial and energy associations including TUREB, SAHA Istanbul, YASED (International Investors Association), and TABA AmCham (Turkish American Business Association - American Chamber of Commerce in Türkiye). Bianca Carpinelli

Bianca Carpinelli is an International Relations Graduate from Universidad de San Andrés (Buenos Aires, 2018) and has a master’s degree on Management Science in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University (Beijing, 2021), which she did as the first Argentinean woman to be selected as a Schwarzman Scholar. 

Bianca is an expert in nuclear policy. She started her career as advisor to the Undersecretary of Nuclear Energy in the Argentinean Government managing a broad portfolio including multilateral engagement, bilateral negotiations, coordinating investment projects, liaising with different Embassies, and representing Argentina as the delegate to the Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). She continued her professional path as a private consultant to the nuclear industry and did an internship at the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs (UNODA). 

Currently, she is serving at the IAEA coordinating the Division of Planning, Information and Knowledge Management in the Nuclear Energy Department as an Associate Coordination Officer, focusing particularly on highlighting the role of nuclear energy in the clean energy transitions in multilateral engagements such as the G20 and COP30 and other mechanisms, to which she acts as operative focal point and coordinator.

Mohamed Yasser Khalil is Director of the Synchrotron-light for Experimental Science and Applications in the Middle East in Jordan since 2008; and Professor of Nuclear and Radiation Engineering, Alexandria University. 

He was Director of the Faculty and Leadership Development Center- Alexandria University from 2006-2008; Head, Nuclear Engineering Dept., Alexandria University, Alexandria, Egypt from 1997-2003 and from 2006-2008. He was also Executive Member of the office of the Alexandria University development¬ projects management unit from 2004-2008. Khalil was a Visiting Scientist, Chemical Research Institute, Juelich Nuclear Research Center (KFA) from 1990-1992 and Visiting Scholar, Nuclear Engineering Sept., University of California-Berkeley from 1989-1990. He is also Member of the Technical Working Group on Research Reactors (TWGRR), IAEA, Vienna, Austria (2008-2011) and Member of the AFRA High Level Steering Committee (HLSC) on Human Resource Development (HRD) and Nuclear Knowledge Management (NKM), IAEA, Vienna, Austria (2008-2011). 

Khalil obtained his BS and MS in Nuclear Engineering from Alexandria University in 1976 and his MS and PhD in Nuclear Engineering from Pennsylvania State University in 1984.

Dr. Walid Elbarki is a Professor, dean of Faculty of Engineering- Alexandria University, member of the Board of Directors of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company and the Faculty Members Club at Alexandria University. 

He is former technical advisor to the Minister of Environment and the Governor of Alexandria. His research experience is in the field of modern and sustainable and low-cost methods in domesticand industrial wastewater treatment with more than twenty years experience in the design and supervision of water and wastewater treatment plants, solid waste management and infrastructure systems in Egypt, Africa, Armenia, and Golf region. Participated in numerous projects serving as both designer and supervisor with infrastructure systems, including water distribution, fire fighting, storm drainage, and wastewater collecting. 

Extensive experience in the design and evaluation of wastewater treatment plants and different waste treatment facilities in Egypt. He assisted with many strategic planning projects within the water and sanitation sector. He is also an expert in United Nations Human Settlements Programme (N-HABITAT) in field of water supply and sanitary drainage beside consultant for both the ministry of state for local development, ministry of planning and urban planning and development authority.

Elsie obtained her first degree in Social Work in 1989 at the University of the North. She furthered her formal education (part time) by obtaining a BA (HONS) in Psychology at the university of Pretoria in 1995 and an MSc – Business Engineering from Warwick University (UK) in 2004. 

Elsie started her career as a Social Worker with the Public Sector and later the National Council for the aged. Six years later she worked for the University of Pretoria as a Psychology lecturer seeing the onset of Psychology being delivered in the English medium for the first time in 1995. Upon joining the Corporate sector in 1995, Elsie spent her career at Eskom during which she fulfilled various roles that spanned the entire HR value Chain.

In March 2010 Elsie became the Chief Officer Human Resources at the South African Revenue Services (SARS). Elsie returned to Eskom as the Senior General Manager in December of 2012. Ignacio is a natural resources engineering student at National University of Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina. Ignacio takes an active stance locally and internationally. He leads the local government’s Youth and Climate Commission and promotes youth green energy employment. A number of his projects were created together with CNEA (Argentinian Atomic Energy Commission). In 2021, Ignacio was chosen as an Argentinian Delegate for the United Nations’ PreCOP26 Youth Summit known as ‘Youth4Climate: Youth Driving Ambition’ in Milan, Italy.

Khaled Atya Ahmed Abdallah was born on 20 June 1984 in Egypt. He holds a Master of Science (MSc.) in nuclear power plant engineering from KEPCO International Nuclear Graduate School in Korea (KINGS University), where he received the Chairman's Award for academic excellence, the highest honor, between 2014 and 2016. Additionally, he earned a Bachelor of Sciences (BSc) in mechanical power engineering from Menoufia University.

With over 15 years of experience in the nuclear power sector, Khaled has held various positions at the Nuclear Power Plants Authority. Currently, he is the El-Dabaa Project Manager, a position he has held since January 2025. Prior to this, he served as the First Deputy El-Dabaa Project Manager and Training Manager from July 2022 to December 2025, and Second Deputy El-Dabaa Project Manager and Training Manager from July 2016 to 2022. His career began as a Projects Engineer at the same authority from July 2009 to July 2016, following his role as a Maintenance Engineer in an industrial company from August 2008 to July 2009.

Khaled has been instrumental in the El-Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant Project, overseeing project management, training management, and contract negotiations. He has also contributed to Egypt's self-assessment report for the IAEA INIR Phase 2 Mission and played a key role in the development of the infrastructure for Egypt's first nuclear power plant. Khaled has presented numerous papers on nuclear power and human resources development, highlighting his dedication to the field. He is the author of the book “System Engineering Approach to Develop Reactor Vessel BMI Inspection: Development of Reactor Vessel Bottom Mounted Nozzle Inspection System.

Mr. Chudakov has held senior positions at Rosenergoatom, Russia (as the Deputy Director-General of the company and the Director of the Bilibino NPP), served as advisor to WANO in Moscow and London and in various positions at the Kalinin NPP including as the Senior Reactor Operator.

Mr. Chudakov holds a PhD in nuclear engineering.

1.1.10. «Confidentiality of Personal data» - a requirement that the Operator or anther person who has gained access to Personal data must comply with to prevent their distribution without the consent of the subject of Personal data or other legal grounds;

1.1.11. «User of the website impact-mission.org (hereinafter referred to as the «User)» - a fully capable individual who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the website impact-mission.org.

1.1.12. «E-mail and Password» - a unique combination of words, numbers and signs that allows the User to access all the features of the Site, including the Closed pages of the Platform.

1.1.13. «Cookies» - a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user’s computer which the web client or web browser sends to the web server each time in an HTTP request when trying to open a page of the corresponding site;

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

devices. Use of the website impact-mission.org by the User means acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User’s Personal data. The User is informed and agrees that his/her consent, given in electronic form on the Site, is a consent that fully meets the requirements of legislation on Personal data and allows confirming the fact of its receipt by «Rosatom Corporate Academy» ANO.

2. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the operator not to disclose and ensure the privacy protection of Personal data that the User provides at the request of the operator on the site impact-mission.org or in other cases at the request of the Administration of the website impact-mission.org

3.2. Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out the registration form on the website impact-mission.org.

3.3. The User agrees with his/her own free will and volition to the processing, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage (clarification, update, change), use, transfer to the Site Administration, depersonalization, blocking, destruction, transfer to third parties of his/her Personal data, which, depending on the document (questionnaire, application, response, etc.), includes but is not limited to the following personal data:

identification of the party under agreements and contracts with the Site Administration;

improving the Site quality, ease of its use, development of new services;

conducting statistical and other studies on the basis of depersonalized data;

compilation of the Site users database.

3.5. The Site protects data that is automatically transmitted during browsing at the time of visiting pages on which the system’s statistical script is installed:

event access control;

event participants number tracking;

Cookies, User’s activities on the Website, devices used, the date and time of the session are processed by the Operator to support and improve the performance of the Website. The Operator also uses Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics web analytics services to analyze Users’ behavior on the Website and improve the quality of the Website.

3.5.1. Disabling of cookies may result in inability to access some parts of the website impact-mission.org that require authorization.

3.5.2. The Site collects statistics about IP addresses of its Users. This information is used to identify and solve technical problems.

3.6. Any other personal information not specified above is subject to storage and non- distribution, except for cases provided for in clause 5.2 of this Privacy Policy.

3.7. The Site interacts with the User by sending messages, letters by e-mail and in other ways. The Site may send you messages related to the availability of services, security of the Site.

The User can at any time change the messaging and e-mailing settings in his/her account at impact-mission.org. The User cannot refuse to receive service messages from the Site.

3.8. The Site saves the User’s data as long as the account is active or as long as necessary. The term for placing Personal data is determined by the subject of personal data independently and can be deleted at the first request of the User by sending a notification to the Site impact-mission.org.

4. PURPOSES FOR COLLECTING USER’S PERSONAL DATA

The Site does not process special categories of Personal Data concerning race, nationality, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, or intimate life.

4.1. The User’s Personal data may be used by the Administration of the website impact-mission.org for the following purposes:

4.1.1. Providing the User with access to the personalized resources of the website impact-mission.org for organization of the User’s participation in the Global

Impact Conference 2022;

4.1.2. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests regarding the use of the website impact-mission.org, processing data during User registration, participation of the User in events announced on the Site;

4.1.3. Creating an account to gain access to certain sections of the Site, if the User has agreed to create an account;

4.1.4. Providing the User with effective technical support in case of problems related to the use of the website impact-mission.org

4.1.5. Distribution of notifications, news about the Event and other future events arranged by the Organizer of the event

4.2. The Processing of the User’s Personal Data by the Operator is carried out only if the User provides Consent to the Processing of his/her Personal Data. The Consent authorize the Operator to transfer the data to the Organizer of the event, who will take the responsibilities of Processing and Using those with the same controls and security in accordance with the Laws

4.4. The Controller undertakes not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in any other possible way the transferred Personal Data.

4.5. The Processing of Personal Data is carried out using automation tools or without them for the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, revision (updating, changing), extraction, blocking, deletion, and transfer, including cross-border, by the following Processors:

5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

5.1. The processing of Personal data of the User is carried out without limitation of time, in any legitimate way, including in personal data information systems by automation means or without using such means. You agree that the information you provide in your profile will be partially available to other people and will be used by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

5.2. The User’s personal data can only be transferred to the authorized government bodies of the Russian Federation on the grounds and in the manner established by the laws of the Russian Federation.

The Site will not disclose any Personal data which is missing in the profile, unless it is required to fulfill your instructions (for example, at the request of the User), when the Site has obtained your separate consent to the same, when the Site in good faith assumes that the disclosure of information is allowed by law or when there is a justifiable need, namely, in the following situations:

5.3. The Operator takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

5.4. In order to protect personal information, we familiarize employees of the Operator with recommendations on security and confidentiality and ensure strict implementation of the same in the company.

6. USE OF PUBLICLY AVAILABLE INFORMATION

6.1. By filling out the feedback form the User gives his/her consent to the Site Administration to publish on the website impact-mission.org, as publicly available information, his/her personal data (last name, first name, patronymic, e-mail address, your question).

6.2. This consent is issued for an unlimited period of time.

6.3. The User has the right to revoke his/her consent by drawing up a corresponding written document which should be sent to the Operator using the following e-mail address: mail.pmmd.net.

7. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

7.1. The User undertakes to:

7.1.1. Provide accurate information about Personal data required to use the website impact-mission.org.

7.1.2. Update, supplement the provided information about Personal data in case of changes in this information.

7.2. The Operator undertakes to:

7.2.1. Use the information obtained solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy;

7.2.2. Ensure the storage of confidential information in secret, not to disclose it without the prior written permission of the User, and also not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose in other possible ways the transmitted Personal data of the User, with the exception of clause 5.2 of this Privacy Policy;

7.2.3. Block the Personal data related to the relevant User from the time of contact or request of the User or his/her legal representative or an authorized body for the protection of rights of Personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of revealing false Personal data or illegal actions.

8. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

8.1. The Site is not responsible for any harm or loss caused to the Users due to the presence of errors or inaccuracies in information specified by the Site Administration or the Site Users. The Site, in its turn, shall make every effort to resolve any disagreements between the User and the

Site.

8.2. In case the Site is not accessible, both in whole and in part, due to preventive maintenance or other works of technical nature that ensure the normal functioning thereof, the Site is not liable to the Users for not receiving any information by them.

8.3. The User is liable for any damage that may be caused as a result of the use of materials obtained in the course of using the Site services.

8.4. The User is solely responsible for any problems that arise during the registration of the User and use of the Site. The Site is not responsible for any damage or loss of the User caused by a problem arising from the error or negligence of the User when using the Site.

9. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

9.1. Before applying to court with a claim in disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the website impact-mission.org and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute). All correspondence between the Parties shall be made in writing by sending a letter to the e-mail addresses of the Parties: To the Site Administration using the following e-mail address: info@IMPACTCONFERENCE.GLOBAL , or through the feedback form; To Users - using e- mail address specified in the User’s personal account. After receiving a claim, the Party is obliged

to provide a written reasoned response thereto within thirty (30) calendar days.

9.2. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority at the location of «Rosatom Corporate Academy» ANO.

9.3. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration are subject to the applicable law of the Russian Federation.

10. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

10.1. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.

10.2. A new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the date of its publication on the Site, unless otherwise stipulated by a new version of the Privacy Policy.

10.3. All suggestions or questions regarding this Privacy Policy should be reported to the Administration via the feedback form.

Terms and Conditions of the "Declaration of Green Hearts" Campaign

Campaign Description:

The campaign is organized to promote environmental culture and raise awareness about ecological issues and ways to address them. Participation in the campaign is free of charge and is not based on risk or a lottery.

1. Conditions for Participation

1.1. Participants:

Any legally capable individual who is of legal age can participate in the campaign if they:

- Fully and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions of Participation.

- Fulfill the conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

- Intend to participate in the campaign in good faith and contribute to the development of environmental dialogue and culture.

1.2. Actions for Participation:

To participate in the campaign, a participant must:

- During the campaign period, visit the campaign website and make a "green promise" (a commitment to follow environmental principles).

- Complete the actions outlined in the campaign rules, which will result in the accrual of "green hearts" (points).

1.3. Earning Points:

Participants will earn "green hearts" (points) for performing specific actions outlined in the campaign rules. The number of points earned for each action will be specified below (please leave space for this to be filled in):

- For each green promise: 10 points.

- For each uploaded story about results: 10 points.

- For each friend who joins the declaration via referral link: 20 points.

- For completing each course on the website: 30 points.

- For each published story about results: 50 points.

- For completing Sustainable Leadership & Impact Management course on the website: 100 points.

 And so on, depending on the participants' activities.

2. Termination of Participation in the Campaign

2.1. Reasons for Losing the Right to Participate:

A participant loses the right to participate in the campaign in the event of:

- Dishonest actions or providing false information.

- Violating the campaign rules.

- Posting on social media (on the Organizer’s pages) any negative, defamatory, or groundless comments that harm the honor and dignity of the Organizer or other participants in the campaign.

- Attempting fraud or any other unlawful actions.

2.2. Responsibility:

In the event of a violation of the campaign rules, the participant may be excluded from the campaign without prior notice.

3. Rights and Obligations of Participants

3.1. Agreement with the Rules:

By participating in the campaign, participants fully agree with these Terms and Conditions.

3.2. Public Use of Data:

The participant agrees to the public use of the data provided during registration on the website within the framework of this campaign.

3.3. Processing of Personal Data:

The participant gives consent for the collection, systematization, storage, use, updating, and anonymization of their personal data, including but not limited to:

- Full name (first name, last name, patronymic),

- Passport details,

- Address, email,

- Phone number.


Personal data may be used for promotional, marketing purposes, and direct contact related to the campaign.

3.4. Consent to Marketing Communications:

The participant consents to receiving informational and promotional communications from the Organizer, including by phone or email.

3.5. Quality Control:

The Organizer may contact the participant for the purpose of evaluating the quality of service within the campaign.

3.6. Tax Responsibility:

Participants are fully responsible for paying any taxes that may be required under Russian Federation law as a result of receiving bonuses or rewards from the campaign.

3.7. Exclusion of Organizer’s Employees:

Employees and close relatives of the Organizer are not eligible to participate in the campaign.

4. Rights of the Organizer

4.1. Publication of Participant Data:

By participating in the campaign, participants agree that the Organizer may use their name for publication on the Organizer’s websites, social media accounts, and other media outlets in connection with the campaign.

4.2. Copyrights:

The Organizer holds the copyright and related rights to any materials obtained within the framework of the campaign.

4.3. Changing the Rules:

The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms of the campaign at any time, with notification to participants. Changes will be effective once published on the campaign website.

5. Additional Terms

5.1. Responsibility for Expenses:

Participants bear all costs associated with their participation in the campaign, including internet access costs, unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

5.2. Termination of the Campaign:

The Organizer may terminate the campaign at any time. However, rewards and points will still be awarded to participants who completed the conditions of the campaign before its termination.

5.3. Communication with Participants:

The Organizer may contact participants through the contact information provided during registration for clarification of participation details and to gather feedback.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. Acceptance of Terms:

By participating in the campaign, participants fully accept these Terms and Conditions.

6.2. Responsibility:

The Organizer is not liable for any damages incurred by participants during their participation in the campaign, except in cases where such damages are caused by the Organizer’s actions that violate the campaign rules.
